About Me

Hello! I’m a Storage Field Engineer. I really enjoy computer technologies and security. I aspire to expand my knowledge on cloud and security based architectures. I enjoy learning new skills that helps either my daily life or gives me an insight to technologies I work with. I practice with my own lab at home with devices I’ve purchased to further my knowledge and experience.

In my experiences I have learned strong communication skills. I learned how to properly maintain and troubleshoot SAN, HCI, and NAS systems. As a result I have learned how Load Balancers work, and how to configure them to ensure a node isn’t overloaded with requests while another was vacant. Due to the nature of the position I have learned how to configure IP routes and subnets, as well as VLANs. I have personal experience working with virtual machines and docker from using my personal lab equipment. I have worked with CentOS 8 and am currently studying for the RHCSA, CCNA and Cloud Services.
